Makkah (National Times) Muezzin of Masjid al-Haram Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Madani has passed away, Saudi media reported, confirming his death.

The Haramain account on X also shared a photograph of Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Madani and recalled his devotion to worship.

According to the post, Al-Madani would sometimes spend several days in the muqabbariyah of Masjid al-Haram, particularly during the final part of the night, engaged in worship and seeking closeness to Allah.

The news of his death has been met with grief among his followers and those who knew and admired him.
