Central Business District in Lahore to help generate Rs1500b in revenue: Shahbaz Gill

Islamabad (National Times): Special Assistant on Political Communication Dr. Shahbaz Gill has said Central Business District in Lahore will help generate1500 billion rupees in revenue.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday, Shahbaz said five plots in this project have been sold through auction and Punjab government has earned 21.58 billion rupees in this regard.
He said work on CBD project has started and it fulfills all required modern needs.
The Special Assistant said the project will generate two hundred and fifty thousand new jobs.
He said projects on the same pattern will also be started in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan.
Commenting on bank loans for housing, he said in last three months over ten billion rupees were disbursed. He said the ratio of application acceptance has increased to forty percent.
