Pedestrian killed after being hit by speeding car in Bahawalnagar

BAHAWALNAGAR(National times)- A pedestrian was killed when he was hit by a speeding car in Bahawalnagar on Sunday, Dunya News reported. According to details, the accident occurred at the Chishtian Road a man was hit by an over-speeding car when he was crossing the road, as a result he died on the spot. Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead body to hospital. According to police, the deceased was identified as 38-year-old Muhammad Khalid. Meanwhile, police have seized the car and also arrested its driver. Further investigation is ongoing.
