Security forces are thwarting terrorists’ designs: Atta Tarar

ISLAMABAD(National times)- Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on Tuesday said that the security forces are thwarting the terrorists’ designs. Attaullah Tarar said that defeat is the destiny of terrorists and added that Pakistan’s security forces are fully capable of dealing with such threats and will show no leniency towards terrorists. The federal minister said the Pakistan Army has successfully eliminated the terrorists, describing the Army as highly professional and respected worldwide. He said the Pakistan Army is confronting the terrorists resolutely. He said that Pakistan has provided Afghanistan with concrete evidence related to terrorism. He further said that those who abandoned their posts and raised white flags during the war are now reactivating with external support. He said that Pakistan does not want Afghan soil to be used for terrorism. He claimed the Pakistan Army saved the lives of more than 500 students. Atta Tarar said that following its defeat in war, India is now attempting to weaken Pakistan through proxy warfare. He said that Pakistan armed forces are fully capable to deal with any aggression.
