Elahi reiterates call for early elections

LAHORE (National Times) – Punjab Assembly Speaker and Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi on Tuesday said that incumbent government has miserably failed to deliver, they should announce the elections.

During the meeting with PTI’s lawmakers and other Punjab Assembly members, Elahi said after the massive hike in petroleum prices now the government will impose further taxes in the upcoming budget, adding that Shehbaz and Hamza have ruined the country.

Pervaiz Elahi further said that incumbent government has no vision to bring Pakistan’s out of the crisis, they should go home and announce the elections to save the country from further destruction.
