The mosques have been locked due to non payment of electricity bills. Increasing tariff by thousands of rupees on the difference of one unit is illegal. The people have been forced to sell their home appliances due to inflated electricity bills. Government has imposed fix tax illegally on electricity bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petitioner further took the plea people are highly disturbed over inflated electricity bills.
