It implied that accused couldn\u2019t be convicted on the basis of those evidences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petitioner requested the court to issue the order of release on bail by annulling the conviction decision of February 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is pertinent to note that a civil court sentenced the PTI founder Imran khan and Bushra Bibi with seven years imprisonment on Feb 3 in nikkah iddat case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD (National Times) Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his spouse, Bushra Bibi has filed a petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against conviction in nikkah iddat case.
