This is an important matter. We have issued orders twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ET while expressing resentment said further that I give last chance. If reply is not filed next time then final order will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Election Commission (EC) filed certified copies of form 45, 46 and 47 in the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked we have to focus on it if the election has been held in transparent manner or otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri imposed fine of Rs 15000 on Raja Khurram Nawaz and Returning Officer. remarking we give last chance and if the court&#8217;s orders are not implemented then the membership will be suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winning PML-N candidate Raja Khurram Nawaz has not filed certified copies of forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forms 45 of Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar and PTI candidate matched during hearing of appeal plea against riggingin NA-48.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing of appeal plea related to NA 46 will take place on June 11 and further hearing of appeal plea in respect of NA-48 on June 6.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD (National Times) Appeal pleas against rigging in NA-46 and 48 Islamabad came up for hearing in Election Tribunal (ET).On the petition of Aamir Mughal, tribunal directed to file reply on next hearing.
