The petition will be fixed for hearing again.<br>It is pertinent to mention here that PTI leader through the petition has requested the court to nullify CDA order for sealing PTI central secretariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He took the plea Arshid Dad and Nasim ur Rehman are both of PTI members. Arshid Dad and Nasim ur Rehman purchased commercial plot on July 17, 2020 under an agreement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was further told that Siraj Ali owner of this plot from G-8 wrote a letter to CDA for transfer of plot on July 29, 2020. CDA transferred the plot in the name of PTI after Siraj Ali letter.
