The former CM is in jail on judicial remand in other cases. The court is requested to accept bail before arrest plea of Pervaiz Elahi in Jinnah House attack case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the hearing of the case the prosecution told the court legal requirements have not been met in bail plea.
