How can I hear this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The counsel argued this is not personal matter of any judge. Therefore, court can hear the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court while seeking reply from Election Commission on non appointing judges as tribunal judge adjourned the hearing of the case.<br>Suleman Akram Raja had resorted to LHC in connection with establishment of additional tribunals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Election Commissioner ( CEC) has been made respondent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plea has been taken in the petition that election tribunals judges have been appointed in the high courts of other provinces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE (National Times): Registrar Lahore High Court (LHC) has been stopped from fixing petition of Suleman Akram Raja for hearing.
