{"id":81006,"date":"2024-05-04T01:44:44","date_gmt":"2024-05-04T01:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationaltimes.pk\/eng\/?p=81006"},"modified":"2024-05-04T01:44:44","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T01:44:44","slug":"al-qadir-trust-reference-against-pti-founder-his-wife-bushra-bibi-court-records-statement-of-one-more-witness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationaltimes.pk\/eng\/2024\/81006\/","title":{"rendered":"Al-Qadir trust reference against PTI founder, his wife Bushra Bibi : Court records statement of one more witness"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>RAWALPINDI (National Times): Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has recorded statement of one more witness of NAB in Al-Qadir Trust reference based on 100 million pounds financial scandal against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The counsels of the accused have also completed cross questioning of one more witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court adjourned the further proceedings till May 8 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bushra Bibi was presented in Adiala jail court from Banigala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahir Abbas Chaudhry, Barrister Suleman Safdar and Usman Gul counsels for the accused also appeared in the court.<br>NAB prosecutor Amjid Pervez and Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi were also present in the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion one witness of NAB recorded his statement. The counsels of the accused also completed cross questioning on one witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statements of 26 witnesses have been recorded so far in this reference.
