{"id":52937,"date":"2022-12-26T06:12:13","date_gmt":"2022-12-26T06:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nationaltimes.pk\/eng\/?p=52937"},"modified":"2022-12-26T07:13:47","modified_gmt":"2022-12-26T07:13:47","slug":"met-office-forecasts-foggy-weather-in-most-parts-of-the-country-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationaltimes.pk\/eng\/2022\/52937\/","title":{"rendered":"Met Office forecasts foggy weather in most parts of the country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE (National Times) \u2013 The Meteorological Office forecast mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country while very cold in Northern Areas and north Balochistan on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Met Office, dense foggy conditions are likely to continue over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh while frost is likely to occur at isolated places in Pothohar and Kashmir region during morning hours.<\/p>\n<p>Quetta is also to be covered in dense fog with lesser visibility and with chances of snowfall.<\/p>\n<p>According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Anantnag, Shopian, Jammu, Pulwama and Baramula.<\/p>\n<p>Lahore-Multan motorway had been closed due to dense fog.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, flight domestic operations were cancelled at different airports due to bad weather conditions, while some international flights also faced abnormal delays. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE (National Times) \u2013 The Meteorological Office forecast mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country while very cold in Northern Areas and north Balochistan on Monday.
