He emphasised that the only legitimate way to form a provincial cabinet is through fair and transparent elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He alleged that a self-styled consultative council and certain individuals were attempting to establish the cabinet based on personal preferences and monopoly, rather than through democratic procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YDA Balochistan further stated that any provincial cabinet announced without elections would not be accepted and would lack legitimacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The association said that only a cabinet elected through a transparent voting process would truly represent the doctors\u2019 community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement also warned that non-democratic practices could harm both doctors and patients, adding that responsibility for any damage to the organisation would rest with those involved in such actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The association appealed to the medical community to remain united, oppose non-democratic measures, and demand transparent elections in which all members are given equal opportunity to participate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>QUETTA(National Times)- The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Balochistan has expressed concern over what it described as renewed efforts by certain elements to form the provincial cabinet through closed-door consultations rather than a democratic electoral process.
