The ISPR stated that 13 militants, described as Indian-sponsored \u201cFitna al-Khawarij,\u201d were killed during the operations.
In Mohmand district, security forces detected the movement of a group attempting to infiltrate the border and engaged them effectively, resulting in the killing of eight militants.
In a separate incident in North Waziristan, another infiltration attempt was thwarted. Following an intense exchange of fire, five militants were neutralized.
The ISPR urged the Afghan government to ensure that its territory is not used for terrorist activities against Pakistan.
It further reaffirmed that Pakistan\u2019s security forces remain committed to defending the country\u2019s borders. Clearance operations are ongoing in the area to eliminate any remaining militants, and efforts under Operation Azm-e-Istehkam will continue at full pace to eradicate terrorism, particularly that supported from external sources.
