KARACHI(National Times)- A worker of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) was shot dead in the Korangi area in the small hours of Tuesday morning, police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zaman Town SHO Ayaz Khan said that Yaseen Ameen, 36, was sitting outside his home in Sector-50, Korangi-4 due to power loadshedding in his area when assailant(s) on a motorcycle emerged there, shot him and rode away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He sustained critical bullet wounds and was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The officer confirmed that the victim was an MQM-P worker. However, he opined that the murder might be an outcome of some \u2018personal dispute\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
