He cautioned that strict measures might soon be unavoidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bid to curb petrol dependence, the Punjab government is officially promoting electric vehicles, aiming for a substantial reduction in fuel costs.
