LAHORE(National Times)- A court in Lahore has ordered the restoration of bank accounts belonging to YouTuber Rahman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, after finding no evidence linking them to illegal gambling promotions. Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo issued a written order while hearing a petition filed against the blocking of the YouTuber\u2019s bank accounts in connection with allegations of promoting a gambling application. According to the court\u2019s decision, the investigation did not produce any evidence showing that the bank accounts were used for transactions related to earnings from the promotion of a betting or gambling app. The court therefore directed the relevant authorities to restore the accounts immediately in accordance with the law. The written judgment stated that the petitioner\u2019s lawyer informed the court that the investigation officer had blocked the accounts during the course of the inquiry. However, the investigation report later concluded that there was no need to keep the accounts blocked any longer. The report further clarified that the accounts had initially been frozen as a precautionary measure after the registration of an FIR. It also noted that the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) did not raise any objections or concerns regarding the accounts.
