Police teams conducting raids must record the case number, details of the nominated suspect, and information about the vehicle being used, along with necessary signatures. According to officials, the arrest form will include details regarding the suspect\u2019s health condition, any visible signs of torture, and provision of medicines. The third form will document information about the crime scene, investigating officer, evidence collected, and questions asked from the suspect.
