According to media reports, the District Court Islamabad heard the case under the supervision of Judicial Magistrate Murad Abbas. During the proceedings, the court remarked that it appeared the FIA had prepared a report in favor of the accus\u06d4 The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and directed authorities to ensure his arrest and appearance before the court. The former prime minister failed to appear despite being summoned multiple times.
