Speaking on Dunya News\u2019 programme &#8220;Dunya Meher Bokhari Kay Sath&#8221;, Haider Abbas Rizvi said that every effort is being made to establish a high-level inquiry commission to investigate the tragedy. He said that Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has written a letter to the Prime Minister in this regard. The MQM leader further stated that a high-level committee has been recommended at the federal level. He said that the federal government should conduct a detailed inquiry under the Pakistan Commission of Inquiry Act. He also said that the Pakistan People\u2019s Party (PPP) has raised questions about MQM and Jamaat-e-Islami.
