The hearing of the May 9 GHQ attack case was held at the ATC, presided over by Judge Ahmad Ali Shah. During the proceedings, lawyer Faisal Malik requested the court to allow him and the legal team to meet Imran Khan for legal consultation. However, the prosecution strongly opposed the plea. Prosecutor Syed Zaheer Shah argued that Imran Khan is not an accused in the case and is currently in the custody of prison authorities. He added that the decision regarding meetings with him lies solely with jail officials and does not fall under the court\u2019s jurisdiction.
