ISLAMABAD(National times)- Participants of the 8th Maritime Security Workshop (MARSEW) visited Naval Headquarters, where Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf met the delegation and shared key insights on evolving maritime dynamics. During the visit, participants were briefed on emerging maritime challenges and opportunities within the naval domain. According to ISPR, the 11-day workshop aims to highlight the significance of maritime security and the geo-strategic importance of the Indian Ocean region. The Naval Chief outlined the growing maritime threats faced by Pakistan and emphasized the vast potential of the country\u2019s blue economy. He also underscored the Pakistan Navy\u2019s strong and credible deterrence during the Marka-e-Haq (Battle of Haq).
