The petition was filed through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi. According to the petition, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) \u2013 who has been imprisoned in Adiala Jail \u2013 is facing certain health issues and claims he was sentenced on the instructions of the current government as part of political victimisation.
