Theresa P. Lazaro, on 21 November 2025 on the sidelines of the 4th EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum in Brussels.<br>Both sides reviewed the full spectrum of Pakistan\u2013Philippines relations, identifying opportunities to advance mutual cooperation across various fields.
