Similarly, the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid\u2019s (PML-Q) amendment related to a uniform national curriculum and the Awami National Party\u2019s (ANP) proposal to change the name of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province were also rejected. Meanwhile, under the proposed amendment, the President of Pakistan will have lifelong immunity under Article 248.
