Under the LHC chief justice, the court\u2019s reform initiatives have significantly accelerated the resolution of tax-related disputes, ensuring timely justice and improving judicial efficiency. Through coordinated efforts between the LHC\u2019s principal seat and its benches, a total of 2,721 cases were decided within just two months. For years, the government had expressed concern that stay orders in financial cases caused billions in pending revenue matters. However, CJ Neelum\u2019s decisive actions have enhanced the pace of judicial decisions, contributing to better financial governance. Legal experts and bar associations have praised the chief justice for ensuring swift justice. Senior lawyer Ahsan Bhoon noted that quick disposal of tax cases will end long-standing financial deadlocks, while legal expert Naseer Kamboh highlighted that in the past, stay orders often delayed revenue recovery \u2014 a problem now being effectively addressed.
