Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the case against CM Ali Amin Gandapur in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad. As no representative appeared on behalf of the KP CM, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur be arrested and produced before the court on September 17.
