Sessions, Banking crime courts extend interim bail of Jahangir Tareen, Ali Tareen others till May 19

LAHORE: Sessions and Banking courts have extended interim bail of Jahangir Tareen, his son and others till May 19.

Jahangir Tareen along with his son Ali Tareen, lawyers and supporters appeared in the sessions court.

The court while ordering to complete the investigation of Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen soon extended the interim bail till May 19.

Jahangir Tareen , Ali Tareen and other marked their attendance in banking crime court too.

Judge Amir Muhammad Khan of banking crime court extended the interim bail of Jahangir Tareen, Ali Tareen , Rana Nasim and Amir Waris and adjourned the hearing of the case.

The judge remarked the counsels should come well prepared. May be no date is given next.

The counsel for Jahangir Tareen said there are flaws in the investigation. Abu Bakr Khuda Bakhsh joined the investigation team. It was said by FIA we will appear in next few days. Investigation officer said investigation is underway in this case.

Counsel for Jahangir Tareen said the case running in your court is most worrisome. What allegations have been leveled have nothing to do with the facts. This is case of documentary proof and nor oral statement.

FIA took the plea this court has no jurisdiction to hear the case.
