Case filed against CM Gandapur in Lahore

LAHORE (National Times) A case has been registered against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in Lahore.

Sources said 300 persons apart from the chief minster have also been nominated in the case which pertained to torturing police personnel and violence at toll plaza.

It was mentioned in the FIR the police personnel were doin their duty in Lahore-Sialkot when the KP CM led an unruly crowd of 300 people who broke the mirrors of toll plaza.

The FIR, lodged by Hadyara Station House Officer Hamas Hameed at the Manawan police station included sections of terrorism, and attempted murder.

Earlier in the day, in a video messasge Gandapur said, he would not apologise to anyone and instead demanded the government apologize to him first.

“What should I apologise for? I have done nothing that warrants an apology, if you want to file cases, file them,” he said.
