Two married women killed for honour in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD (National Times) Two married women were killed in separate incidents of honour killing in different localities of Faisalabad, police said on Sunday.

According to details, the first incident took place in Chak 30 GB, Sandal Bar police station jurisdiction where accused Anwar gunned down his married sister Kausar Bibi over suspicion of having illicit relations.

Accused Khurram Shahid who suspected moral of his wife Khadija shot her dead in Chak 541 GB, Garh police station jurisdiction.

The culprits of both incidents managed to escape after committing the murders.

The bodies were shifted to different hospitals and police after registering separate cases at respective police stations started raids to arrest the culprits.
