IHC gives time to submit unconditional apology in contempt of court case against 31 lawyers

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time to submit unconditional apology in contempt of court case against 31 lawyers including Ahsan Majid.

The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb Tuesday.

During the hearing of the case member Islamabad Bar Council Nasir Kayani filed the unconditional apology in the court.

The court remarked if any more lawyer wants to tender apology he can submit it till the next hearing so that the case could be abolished to this extent.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 04.
