Caught in the dragnet: Children among 30 Palestinians arrested by Israel’s military: Prisoners’ group

Gaza Sreip (National Times) Israeli forces have arrested at least 30 Palestinians from the occupied West Bank, including children and former prisoners, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society.

“It is noteworthy that the number of arrests after October 7 has reached more than 9,580, and this number includes those who were arrested from their homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage,” it said in a statement.

The Israeli military says its forces killed more than 30 Palestinian fighters in Gaza’s southern city of Rafah.

The girl’s identity has not been disclosed by the media outlet–the Wafa news agency– which claimed she died of starvation and unavailability of necessary medical supplies at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza.

Number of children died from malnutrition since Israel’s war on Gaza surged to 41, the agency said.
