SIC is opposed to forge any political alliance with Maulana Fazl ur Rehman: Sahibzada Hamid Raza

FAISALABAD (National Times) Chairman Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) Sahibzada Hamid Raza has said SIC is opposed to any political alliance with Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

” If the leadership of Tehreek-e-Tahaffaz Pakistan (TTP) and its component parties decided with majority to forge alliance with Maulana Fazlur Rehman then SIC will abide by it. The SIC issued fatwa against terrorism first of all. Secret cells of terrorists are operating in Punjab. PML-N government which is ridiculing the people in terms of electricity bills cannot run longer, he said this while addressing media cell of SIC Monday.

Name of new office bearers of the media cell were announced in the meeting. Malik Bakhsh Elahi was nominated as media manager.

Nawaz Sharif did not come in National Assembly (NA) to attend budget session. One point narrative will have to be made and the nation will have to be informed thereof.

When those patronizing the terrorists are sitting in the government then talking about operation against the terrorists are merely talk.

A collective Shariah joint declaration was issued against terrorists in 2004 that those waging armed struggle against the state are traitors.

He demanded of the government to withdraw the hike in power tariff. Subsidy be given to consumers upto 300 unists instead of 200 units.

Human rights are being violated openly since the last two years. PTI workers are imprisoned in jails unjustly. Record of history of instituting fake cases has been broken.

He reiterated reserved seats are our constitutional and democratic right.
