ISLAMABAD (National Times) Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved the bail of lawyer Fateh Ullah Burki in the matter of slapping Khawar Manika

Bail plea of lawyer Fateh Ullah Burki arrested in the case pertaining to attack on Khawar Manika came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad Saturday.

The counsel argued terrorism clauses and section 324 have been imposed on the accused despite the fact there are no evidence available in this regard. See the video of the incident. Nothing is proved. No section is also applicable in the matter of slapping, the way no section is applicable in the matter of abusing.

Man is in jail for inflicting one slap.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra approved bail after arrest in respect of arrested lawyer of PTI, Feteh Ullah Burki against surety bonds of Rs 50000.
