Summons of KP, CM, Zartaj Gul issued for appearing in court in Adiala jail on June 26

RAWALPINDI (National Times) Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi while issuing call up notices to 4 accused including Chief Minister (CM) KP, Ali Amin Gandapur and parliamentary leader of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) in National Assembly (NA) Zartaj Gul in the case pertaining to May 9 incident has ordered them to appear in court in Central Jail Adiala on June 26.

Malik Ijaz Asif judge ATC Rawalpindi heard the case Monday.

The summons were issued in connection with case registered in cantt police station.

The summons have been issued through SHO Cantt police.

It may be mentioned that PTI had staged country wide protest after the arrest of PTI founder Imran Khan from the premises of Islamabad High Court in connection with Al-Qadir trust case on May 9, 2023.

Cantt police had registered case on May 9 under anti terrorism act for causing damage to properties, attacking police personnel and causing harassment among people through siege and arson in the guise of rally.
