PHC issues written order of previous hearing on Afghan musicians petition for seeking refuge in Pakistan

PESHAWAR (National Times) Peshawar High Court (PHC) has issued written order of previous hearing in connection with petition of Afghan musicians for seeking refuge in Pakistan.
The court said the petitioners be not sent back to Afghanistan forcibly.
According to written order, Aamir Javed advocate is appointed amicus curiae.

Taking into consideration importance of this issue, Aamir Javed advocate who is present in the court is appointed amicus curiae. Office is directed to provide copies related to case to amicus curiae.

The petitioners be not sent back to Afghanistan forcibly till next hearing.
