Court accepts exemption plea of CM KP in the case of interfering in government affairs

RAWALPINDI (National Times) Additional District and Sessions judge Rawalpindi Raja Faisal Rashid t has accepted exemption plea of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in the case registered against him for interfering in official affairs by blocking motorway in connection with reception of PTI founder Imran Khan and other clauses.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 05 without proceedings.

Malik Mohammad Faisal Advocate counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur took the plea during hearing of the case his client is unable to appear in court due to his engagements in connection with budget. Therefore, his exemption from attendance is required.

The court while accepting exemption plea adjourned the hearing of the case till July 05.

It is pertinent to mention here Nasir Abad police had registered case against Ali Amin Gandapur on March 19 last year under sections 185, 148, 149, 341, 188 of Pakistan Penal code.
