Plea for transferring Nikah during iddat case to other court accepted

ISLAMABAD (National Times) Petition regarding transfer of Nikah during iddat case against Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi to another court has been accepted.

A big headway has been made in Nikah during iddat case.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted the plea for transferring the case to some other court.

The court transferred the case to the court of Additional district and Sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.

Now Additional district and Sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka will hear the appeals against conviction in Nikah during iddat case.
