Decision of Nikah during iddat case postponed : Judge informs IHC

ISLAMABAD (National Times) Judge of District and Sessions Court Islamabad while postponing the decision of Nikah during Iddat case in respect of PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi has informed the matter to Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Counsels of Imran Khan attacked Khawar Manika and subjected him to violence for using objectionable remarks against PTI founder during the hearing of Nikah during iddat case Wednesday.

Nikah during iddat case came up for hearing before Judge Shah Rukh Arjmund.

During the hearing of appeal pleas filed in Nikah during iddat case, Khawar Manika started imprecating and using abusive language against Imran Khan by raising his hands.

Judge Shah Rukh Arjmund stopped Khawar Monika from using inappropriate language for Imran Khan during the hearing of the case.
The lawyers of Imran Khan came into rage over use of inappropriate words.
As soon as the learned judge went to chamber after hearing then PTI lawyers started hurling bottles on Khawar Manika. They slapped him and Khawar Manika fell on the ground.
Some lawyers helped Khawar Manika to rise.

PTI women workers started raising slogans against Khawar Manika.

Judge postponed the judgment.

Later Judge Shah Rukh Arjmund wrote letter to registrar IHC for transferring the case to some other court.
Shahrukh Arjmund wrote in the letter the appeal pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were fixed for hearing. Khawar Manika has expressed lack of trust on me. Earlier an application of mistrust has been rejected. It will not be correct to announce decision on appeals due to expression of mistrust again me by Khawar Manika. It is requested that the appeal pleas be transferred to some other court.

Judge Shahrukh Arjmund said Khawar Manika and his lawyers always tried to disrupt the hearing.
