IHC issues directives to remove registrar office objections on PTI petition filed against sealing of party central secretariat

ISLAMABAD (National Times) Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued directive to remove the registrar office objections on the petition filed by PTI against sealing party central secretariat and CDA operation.
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz directed to remove registrar office objections on Umar Ayub petition. .
The counsels Shoaib Shaheen and Umair Baloch appeared in the court Monday.
The court remarked during the hearing of the case remove the objections and get allot number on it. The petition will be fixed for hearing again.
It is pertinent to mention here that PTI leader through the petition has requested the court to nullify CDA order for sealing PTI central secretariat.

He took the plea Arshid Dad and Nasim ur Rehman are both of PTI members. Arshid Dad and Nasim ur Rehman purchased commercial plot on July 17, 2020 under an agreement

It was further told that Siraj Ali owner of this plot from G-8 wrote a letter to CDA for transfer of plot on July 29, 2020. CDA transferred the plot in the name of PTI after Siraj Ali letter. On May 23, 2024 I came to know suddenly at 11.15 p.m that CDA has conducted operation therein.
It may be mentioned that PTI had resorted to IHC against sealing of its central secretariat and CDA operation. on May 25.
