PTI Sindh president Haleem Adil Sheikh acquitted in rioting case

KARACHI (National Times) Judicial Magistrate South has accepted acquittal plea of Haleem Adil Sheikh president PTI Sindh in rioting case.
The court announced decision on acquittal plea of Haleem Adil Sheikh Thursday.

The court while accepting the petition acquitted Haleem Adil Sheikh.

According to defence counsel Haleem Adil Sheikh had appeared in Sindh High Court (SHC) after seeking protective bail from Peshawar High Court (PHC). When Haleem Adil Sheikh came out of SHC , he was arrested by Sindh police. Its video is available. Haleem Adil Sheikh made no resistance.

Haleem Adil Sheikh was first arrested in Feeroz Abad case and then rioting case was registered against him in police station Pareedy.

It was further said in the petition that Police arrested Haleem Adil Sheikh in violation of PHC orders. The contempt of court case against police is running in PHC.

Case against Haleem Adil Sheikh was registered in Pareedy police station.
