KP govt moves SC for live streaming hearing of NAB amendment case

ISLAMABAD (National Times): KP government has filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) for live streaming hearing of NAB Amendment case.
Additional Advocate General (AAG) Syed Kausar Ali Shah filed the petition in NAB amendment case Monday.
The petition said hearing of cases of public interest is conducted live – stream from bench one. Hearing of appeals in NAB amendment case has not been conducted live stream. Non live streaming hearing of NAB Amendment case is discriminatory treatment. It is requested order be issued for broadcasting the hearing of the NAB amendment case direct.

SC has summoned Imran Khan through video link in NAB Amendment case.

The next hearing is on June 5. At the time of first hearing the hearing was not shown live streaming.

Therefore, KP government has made request now.
