LHC moved for investigation into Dubai leaks

LAHORE (National Times): Petition has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking probe into Dubai Leaks.

The petition has been filed by citizen Mashkoor Hussain through Nadim Sarwar advocate.

Federal government, NAB, FIA and others have been made respondents in the petition.

It has been said in the petition name of several Pakistani politicians and business men have come in Dubai leaks. It is incumbent on every politician to show his property in Pakistan and foreign country.

It has been requested in the petition that LHC should order FIA, NAB and other respective institutions to probe into the matter.

It should be investigated if the property has not been made through money laundering.

Order be issued for initiation of action against the owners if property is proved illegal.
