Former MNA Kanwal Shauzab resorts to IHC against ban on her travelling abroad

ISLAMABAD (National Times): Former Member of National Assembly (MNA) Kanwal Shauzab has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against ban on her travelling abroad.

The petition said that former MNA, Kanwal Shauzab wants to go abroad to meet her son. Government has included name of Kanwal Shauzab in no fly list without any reason. Kanwal Shauzab is being deprived of her basic rights being member of opposition party. Her name be removed from No fly list, ECL and any other list like this due to which there is ban on her moving abroad.

Interior secretary and director Immigration have been made respondents in the petition.
