FIA, NAB, Islamabad police file details of cases against Ali Amin Gandapur in IHC

ISLAMABAD(National Times): FIA, NAB and Islamabad Police have filed report in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the matter of provision of details of cases against KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur

It has been told in the report filed on Tuesday that only one inquiry is running against Ali Amin Gandapur in FIA.

Report has been called from interior ministry on how many cases are registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in other provinces.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani took up the case for hearing Tuesday.

Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Usman Ghumman, NAB prosecutor Raja Zulqarnain and Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court.

The court while calling report from interior ministry adjourned the hearing of the case till May 29.
The court directed interior ministry to present details of cases registered against Ali Amin Gandapur till May 29.

In the report filed by Islamabad police in the court, it has been told that 18 cases were registered with Islamabad Police and 14 out of these 18 cases have been decided. Only four cases of Islamabad police against Ali Amin Gandapur are pending hearing.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till May 29.
