Hearing of bail plea of PTI founder adjourned in 190 million pounds reference

ISLAMABAD (National Times): Hearing of bail plea of PTI founder has been adjourned without any proceedings in 190 million pounds reference in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The hearing was to take place on Monday. The cause list of two members bench of Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq and justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri was cancelled Monday.

The hearing of bail plea of PTI founder was adjourned without proceedings due to cancellation of cause list.

The case will be fixed for hearing again.

The court had remarked on previous hearing that we are giving last chance to NAB Prosecutor to appear on next hearing and give arguments. He should give arguments.

The hearing however has been adjourned for indefinite period due to cancellation of cause list.
