Govt employees salary likely to be increased by 12 percent

ISLAMABAD (National Times): The salary of government employees is likely to be increased by 12 percent.

The salary of government employees can be increased by 10 to 12 percent in the federal budget for the fiscal year 2024-25.
According to finance ministry sources if the recommendations are accepted then the salary of the government employees will be increased from July 2024.
However final announcement in regard to enhancement in salary will be made by government.
