ATC extends interim bail of PTI founder in 3 cases related to May 9 incident

LAHORE (National Times) Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended interim bail of PTI founder in 3 cases related to May 9 incident.

Judge Arshid Javed of ATC took up for hearing the cases including Jinnah house attack, attack on Askari tower and torching Shadman police station.

Junior lawyers team of PTI founder appeared in the court.

During the hearing of the case, the court ordered to complete attendance of the accused from Adiala jail through video link.

The court sought arguments from Barrister Suleman Safdar counsel for PTI founder.
Later the court while extending interim bail of PTI founder in 3 cases related to May 9 adjourned the hearing of the case till May 10.
