WASHINGTON (National Times) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held a meeting with CEO Islamic Trade Finance Corporation Hani Salem Sonbol in Washington and appreciated the Corporation’s support to Pakistan.

They also discussed ways and means to further strengthen cooperation.

Meanwhile, while virtually meeting with Pakistani-American tech entrepreneurs, the Finance Minister has assured support in strengthening Pakistan’s IT sector.

He emphasized IT sector’s important role for Pakistan’s economic growth. He also appreciated diaspora’s keen interest for investment in Pakistan.
